Our production process

Nine stages, one reference

Each stage is reviewed before the project moves forward. The approved sample and final specification carry through the rest of production.

Children's apparel development, fabric sourcing, and sample making
  1. 01

    Product brief & style development

    • We review reference images, product category, intended age range, sizing, fabrics, colors, trims, construction details and any special design requirements.
    • Together we clarify the target product and prepare the initial technical direction.

Output — Confirmed design direction and preliminary specifications.

  2. 02

    Fabric & trim development

    • We source and compare fabrics, color swatches, trims, labels, closures, elastic and other components.
    • Material composition, weight, hand feel, color, availability and suitability for the intended garment are reviewed.

Output — Selected fabric and trim samples for your approval.

  3. 03

Pattern making & approval sampleKey approval stage

    • We develop the base pattern from the confirmed design and measurement requirements, and grade sizes where required.
    • A sample is produced using the selected materials and intended construction methods.
    • Measurements, workmanship, fit, details and your feedback are reviewed, and the pattern or sample revised as needed.
    • The approved sample and final specification then serve as the primary reference for production. Later changes are possible, but may affect cost or schedule and should be documented.

Output — Approved sample, finalized pattern, size specifications and production instructions.

Children's garment production, sewing, and in-line quality inspection
  1. 04

    Costing & order confirmation

    • Pricing is calculated from materials, construction, quantities, packaging, quality requirements and the requested delivery terms.
    • Commercial terms, order quantities, specifications, packaging requirements and production expectations are confirmed.
    • Material orders and the production schedule are prepared once the order is confirmed.

Output — Confirmed order details and production plan.

  2. 05

    Material inspection & pre-production preparation

    • Bulk fabrics and trims are inspected against the approved references.
    • Color, weight, visible defects, quantity and batch consistency are reviewed where applicable.
    • Pre-shrinking or other preparation is applied where the fabric and construction require it.
    • A pre-production review is held so the production team works to the approved requirements.

Output — Released production materials and confirmed production instructions.

  3. 06

    Fabric cutting & bundling

    • Marker layouts are prepared according to the patterns, fabric width, order quantities and size ratios.
    • Fabrics are spread and cut using the approved patterns.
    • Cut components are inspected and organized into bundles by style, size, color and production batch.

Output — Checked and organized garment components ready for sewing.

  4. 07

    Sewing & in-line quality control

    • Garments are sewn according to the approved sample and production specifications.
    • Construction details, measurements, seams, stitch consistency, trim placement and special processes are monitored.
    • In-line checks let recurring issues be identified and corrected during production rather than afterwards.

Output — Completed garments ready for finishing and final inspection.

Final garment inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation
  1. 08

    Finishing, final inspection & packaging

    • Garments are pressed and finished according to the requirements of the fabric.
    • Measurements, workmanship, appearance, color consistency, trims, labels, stains and visible defects are checked against the agreed standards.
    • Items needing corrective work are separated and reinspected before packaging.
    • Products are folded, tagged, barcoded, bagged and packed according to your confirmed packaging instructions.
    • Cartons are marked with the required style, size, color, quantity, carton, weight and destination information where applicable.

Output — Inspected and packed goods ready for shipment.

  2. 09

    Shipment & order closeout

    • Shipment quantities, size ratios, carton counts, packing details and shipping information are confirmed.
    • We coordinate with you, your warehouse, logistics provider, freight forwarder or third-party inspection service where required.
    • Packing lists, inspection records, shipment references and order documents are prepared or organized.
    • We share shipment information and support reasonable post-shipment follow-up.

Checkpoints throughout production

Approved samples and documented specifications set the baseline for each order, with material review, in-line checks and a final review before shipment preparation. Testing and documentation requirements are reviewed per product and destination market.
